One minute it’s boiling hot and you’re a few degrees away from melting and the next it’s raining and you’re crying over your ruined suede shoes. Here in the UK we have to be prepared for our ever freakier climate…

Visit the high street this week and you’ll see Autumn/Winter 2012 lines are now taking up the prime spots on the shop floor and soon the summer sale signs will be pulled down before the visual merchandisers camp out at the front windows for a day or two.

For many this is a rather distressing and upsetting sign because summers not over yet. We’ve had a small taster of sunshine and we want much much more! However, here at MWS we’re embracing the new AW12 collections. In fact we’re wearing them now.

There’s nothing wrong with mixing up a pair of shorts with an oxford shirt and jumper. If it gets too hot simply take of the jumper and pop it in your rucksack. The rucksack is key. It becomes your mobile wardrobe and that very jumper will come in very handy as the sun goes down, you’re still sat at the park or beer garden and it’s a bit chilly to say the least.

We’ve been admiring the MyWardrobe AW12 collection especially this Folk pink multi thread yolk knit made from lambswool. On Saturday we’re heading to the Hyde Park big screens to watch team GB kick some Olympic butt. Temperatures are predicted to be at a high of 21 and low of 12 so this jumper is coming along for sure!
